All very natural by Shashikant Naidu

Shashikant Naidu presented Parvati with Goddess Parvati as his muse, representing every woman of the universe, mature, beautiful, charming, sensitive and so very alluring in her own way.
Working with natural fibres such as hand woven cotton, khadi, tussar, muslin and mul, it was all very cool and comforting, the silhouettes easy on the eye, both in cut and colour, celebrating the curves of a woman.A mélange of all the colours from nature formed the palette. You saw blue from indigo leaves, off-white from cow’s milk, red from the bark of trees and yellow from turmeric used in this collection of kaftans, tunics, skirts and saris.
